Cancellation Policy

📅 Booking Policy To ensure a seamless and professional experience, please adhere to the following guidelines: Appointment Scheduling: Clients must schedule appointments through our online booking system. Deposit Requirement: A non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking. This deposit will be deducted from the total service amount. Payment Methods: The remaining balance is due at the time of service. Accepted payment methods include: Cash Zelle PayPal Cash App Tap to Pay (via compatible devices) Confirmation: Upon receipt of your deposit, a confirmation email will be sent containing your appointment details. Cancellation & No-Show Policy: Deposits are non-refundable. Cancellations or no-shows will result in the forfeiture of the deposit. Rescheduling: Clients may reschedule appointments up to 12 hours in advance without penalty. Rescheduling within 12 hours of the appointment may result in the forfeiture of the deposit. Late Arrivals: Please arrive on time. Late arrivals may result in a shortened session or rescheduling, subject to availability. Cancellation Policy: Cancellations must be made at least 12 hours in advance to receive a full refund of your deposit. Cancellations made less than 12 hours before the appointment may result in forfeiture of the deposit. Children and Additional Guests: For safety and comfort, no children or additional guests are allowed during your appointment unless they are receiving services. Pregnancy and Breastfeeding: For your safety, teeth whitening treatments are not recommended for individuals who are pregnant or breastfeeding. Minors: Clients under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian during their appointment.
